Milton Rogovin est un photographe américain résidant à Buffalo, New York. C'est en 1962 qu'il entreprend de photographier les mineurs de la Virginie-Occidentale. En 1985, il reçoit la bourse W. Eugene Smith Memorial Award for Humanistic Photography.
